Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes β€” contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we can cancel or modify it free of charge. After 12 hours your order may already be in processing. Email support@vikingwariors.com with your order number immediately and we'll do our best.

I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?
Contact us within 12 hours at support@vikingwariors.com and we'll fix it before it ships. After it ships, send us a photo and we'll arrange the correct size for you.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, check your spam folder first β€” then contact us at support@vikingwariors.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes β€” free worldwide shipping on every single order. No minimum spend, no exceptions.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery by region:

Note: Print-on-demand apparel (some t-shirts, hoodies) are made to order and ship in 5–7 business days, then follow the delivery estimates above.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Possibly, depending on your country. Customs fees are set by your local government β€” we cannot predict or cover them. Any fees are the buyer's responsibility. Most orders under $100 clear without fees.

My order is taking longer than expected. What do I do?
Check your tracking first β€” customs delays are common and the package is usually still on its way. If tracking shows no movement for 10+ days or your window has passed, email support@vikingwariors.com and we'll investigate and make it right.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item β€” full refund, no questions asked. Email support@vikingwariors.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. You do NOT need to ship anything back.

What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Contact us β€” we handle these case by case. For print-on-demand items made specifically to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing errors, which is why we strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Products & Sizing

What does 'Asian sizing' mean?
Some apparel items are sourced from Asian manufacturers and run smaller than US/EU sizing. These products are clearly marked β€” order 1–2 sizes larger than you normally wear. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Most of our stainless steel pieces (316L surgical steel) are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. The material is listed on each product page. Contact us with specific allergy concerns before ordering.

Do you restock sold-out products?
Some products are restocked regularly β€” others are limited runs. Sign up for our email list or check New Arrivals frequently to catch restocks.
